The POV: Point of View
The point of view of this book is told in 1st person. I know this because the narrator is using pronouns such as I, me, and us. The narrator of this story is Maxwell. For having Maxwell as the narrator, the reader can get Max's view on things, and only his. Max's emotional encounters throughout the book enhances the story and makes you want to read more. If this story was not narrated by Maxwell, it would not feature all of the mishaps that he has confronted and endured. If this story was told in 3rd person point of view, there wouldn't have been a clear viewpoint that gives depth to the story. This is my viewpoint on the point of view.
